Embracing the morning moment

Do you have a problem of getting up in the morning and starting the day fresh? When mornings get darker and colder as winter gets closer, keeping your spirit up isn´t that easy. There are fortunately some easy steps making your mornings a tolerable and actually enjoyable experience.
It is surprising how easy it can be. Just wake up 30 minutes earlier, trust me, it works! That half an hour will give you enough time to wake up properly.

I have some tips of using that extra time wisely. First use 5 minutes of it in bed stretching except if you tend to fall asleep again. In that case, get up and stretch slowly standing. This allows your body to wake up too and get your blood circulation flowing.

After getting up make a nice cup of tea or coffee. Listen to the radio or some if possible some good music. Something to get you on good mood and smile. Now you also have time to use couple of minutes doing your favourite things. Breathe deep and enjoy the moment. Have a tasty and healthy breakfast to give you enough energy. Do whatever you need for getting ready for the day. Enjoy your stress-free morning!

If you like to make your morning even better, pack everything you need the night before.

Here is a nice recipe for your perfect seasonal breakfast!

Apple blueberry crumble

2-3 apple, blueberries
1,5 cup of oat flakes
1 tablespoon of flours
1-2 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 egg beaten
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
